& Other Air Filters Allow your furnace and air conditioner to stay cleaner and operate more efficiently with our MERV rated pleated furnace filters
and air conditioning filters. Better filtration is the first step in improving indoor air quality. Our pleated furnace filters and air conditioning filters are made
using Kimberly-Clark cotton-poly blended media and tested according to ASHRAE standards. The furnace filters and air conditioning filters are made with heavy-duty beverage board frames
to prevent airflow bypass. Principles: Our MERV rated furnace filters
and air conditioning filters operate on a principle of filtration that utilizes controlled pleat spacing and alignment. Air pressure is diffused over the
entire pleated furnace filter and air conditioning filter surface. Heavier dirt particles, carried by their own inertia, are lodged in the back of the pleats on the furnace filter and air conditioning
filter. Finer and microscopic particles are able to change direction and are deposited on the sides of the pleats. The accumulating particulate matter functions as an additional filtration
medium for the furnace filters and air conditioning filters. Controlled pleat spacing and
alignment on the furnace filters and air conditioning filters allow for uniform dust lodging and full media utilization as well as uniform airflow both upstream and downstream.

Specifications: Our MERV rated furnace filters and air conditioning filters are made using
pleated media type. The filter media for the furnace filters and air conditioning filters consists of
100% synthetic electrostatically charged thermally bonded fibers with no chemical binders. The pleated media for the furnace filters and air conditioning filters is continuously bonded to a 30
gauge galvanized, corrosion resistant, expanded metal support grid with an effective open area of 96%. The media for the furnace filters and air conditioning filters is pleated to maximize surface
area and dust holding and minimize airflow resistance. The enclosure frames of the furnace filters and air conditioning filters is constructed of high wet strength moisture resistant beverage
board. Diagonal support members of the frame of the furnace filters and air conditioning filters are bonded to the air entering and exit apexes of each pleat to prevent pleat collapse and filter
bowing. The furnace filters and air conditioning filters are listed and rated by Underwriters Laboratory as UL Class 2 and shall have a maximum temperature rating of 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
